Working payroll records
Paydae Desktop is designed to keep working payroll records in your selected workspace, on a local computer or your organisation's managed server. Your organisation manages that environment and access to its records.
Trust and data handling
Know where your working payroll records are held, how exported copies are handled, and what information may be shared with Paydae.
Read the Privacy PolicyPaydae Desktop is designed to keep working payroll records in your selected workspace, on a local computer or your organisation's managed server. Your organisation manages that environment and access to its records.
Generated documents are saved to a location chosen by the operator. Payslips, reports and statutory files may then be shared through your own processes. Treat each copy separately from the working workspace, including who can access it and where it is kept.
When you contact us, request a demo or sign up for beta updates, we use the details you provide to respond and manage your request.
Support may involve information you choose to share with Paydae. Start with a description of the issue rather than employee records. Before sending a file, confirm what is needed and how to provide it.
Local-first storage does not mean that no technical information is processed. The Privacy Policy also describes information that may be involved in licensing, activation and diagnostics.
We are responsible for handling information we receive through enquiries, product services and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Manage access to the computer or server, payroll workspace, backups and exported files. Include the supported backup and restore process in your operating arrangements, and check recipients before sharing payroll information.
Read the policy for details about the information Paydae collects and uses, sharing, retention and privacy requests.
